Adventure Wagon Kits

The AdWag kit creates a comfy living space with improved acoustics, ventilation & insulation, lighting, 12V electrical distribution with superb fit & finish, and a framework of L-track to secure loads and attach additional systems. Their interior kit creates ideal minimalist vanlife quarters or can be a starting point for a sophisticated collection of systems to include robust electrical capability, expansive storage, plumbing with on-demand hot water, and more.

Our shop schedule typically tracks the one-month kit production lead-time at Adventure Wagon, and then our kit installations usually can be completed in as little as three weeks. The addition of popular upgrades like flares, auxiliary electrical systems, plumbing, and related cabinetry can extend the time your van might pause in our shop.

Our Adventure Wagon kit installation starts at $6750 for a 144/148 wheelbase van. That fee includes installation of everything included in the AdWag kit plus our own switched lighting upgrades to complement the functionality of the kit and preserve the vehicle's courtesy lighting tied to the door opening.
Window and Flare Installation

Most of our clients do choose to add Flarespace flares and additional windows to their van designs. The addition of flares can create 20% more usable space in a campervan for critical systems like seating for kids, galleys, and more. Our installation process includes paint-matching with our auto body shop partner here in Reno.

Flarespace lead time usually runs a few weeks, and the painting process adds one more before we can install them on your van. One night in controlled temperature prepares them for finish trim.

Expect to pay around $2100 for paint and installation at our shop. We handle the installation and then outsource the painting to a local auto refinisher.
Solar & Electrical Systems

Auxiliary electrical systems can range from a Plug n’ Play power center like the Goal Zero or EcoFlow to our most sophisticated systems courtesy of our partners at TIny Watts Solar, which are perfect for powering air conditioners and/or hot water systems.
